Assessment & Strategic Plan
The 2025 Strategic Plan outlines B´ÎԪ’s key priorities, as developed, implemented, and reviewed by the Strategic Planning Committee, comprising faculty, administrators, staff, students, and alumni.
The planning process began in January 2019 with a Steering Committee co-led by the Provost and a faculty member. Workgroups were formed to address focus areas, and SWOT analysis was performed. College-wide Town Halls were held in May 2019 to share information and gather feedback, and a survey of the College community was conducted. The plan was also informed by the summary report for the previous strategic plan (ending 2020) and the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. From June 2019 to January 2020, plan objectives and assessment metrics were finalized. In October 2020, the Strategic Plan was presented to the Board of Trustees (BOT) for review and approval, while also undergoing a review by the Faculty Senate.
The annual reports listed below identify and track metrics to measure progress towards the strategic goals and facilitates regular communication with the University community about progress toward targets.
