Can I drop in to ask a reference question?
Yes, librarians are meeting with patrons at the reference desk. We also encourage you to use our virtual reference services that include - Live Chat, E-mail (RefQ), Zoom, and Phone.
What technology equipment will I be able to borrow?
Laptops will be loaned for the entire day and are due back one hour before the library closes. Borrowing of headphones will be suspended.
Will library faculty offer group tours and information literacy sessions in spring 2024?
Yes, library faculty-led tours, orientations, and instructional sessions are available face-to-face or virtually.
Can I donate print materials to the library, such as books, textbooks, children's books, journals or magazines?
The library is not currently accepting book donations. Thank you for thinking of the B´ÎÔª library!
What is a CWID #?
Your CWID# (University Wide Identification Number) is your Mercy ID number. It can be found on any official correspondence from the University or it can be located in your records in Mercy Connect.
Can alumni access databases outside the Library?
Unfortunately, because of vendor restrictions, use of subscription databases and other electronic resources are limited to on campus use only. Please visit one of our three campus libraries if you need to access full text articles.
Can I visit the library if I am not affiliated with B´ÎÔª?

Resources are available in many formats, including a huge collection of e-Books. Desktop computers, laptops and wireless network provide access to the libraries’ online catalogs, electronic databases and Internet resources to support the University’s on-site and online programs. Off-site users have access to the libraries’ online catalogs, e-books and databases through the B´ÎÔª libraries’ website.
